PhpStorm keymap - custom jump to file shortcut dialog problem

I've set navigate to file to be Ctrl+P.

Last couple of PhpStorm versions i have problem, that when i press keys dialog instantly closes. So i have to repeat that multiple times, 2, 3, 4 times before it comes to it's senses and lets me choose file.

I've tried default jump to class Ctrl+N it also sometimes missbehaves.

Do you have any suggestion? Jump to file is important part of my workflow this is really issue for me.

I used Linux mainly. On my laptop problem is on Ubuntu 14.04. On desktop problem persist on Manjaro XFCE.
