IDE window not displaying or redrawing on external monitors

Hi, my IDE is not displaying on EXTERNAL MONITORS. It was working fine previously but has stopped. I've rebooted, reinstalled my graphics drivers and reinstalled PHPStorm.
Any ideas?

Please try enabling Aero, and if it helps, remove KB4034664.
