Column header show table name instead of "title"

The columns in the results header are different than the 'actual' field names in the table, which are displayed in the Database pane. The results windows shows the defined "Title" for display when the table/view was created. This makes it really hard to use a field in a query when I see it in the results and want to use it. Is there a setting where I can display the "actual" name of the field, instead of the 'pretty name'?
