Terminal Git SHcolors no works

Hi, anyone have solved this problem yet ? i m using Terminal - sh / bash  trid both but nothing change 

when i run "php artisan migrate:status" for exabple i get 

?[32m Ran? ?[39m|?[32m Migration

  and i dont know why =\ anyone know how to fix it ?, ( in git bush it works perfect )
