PHPstorm launched via the toolbox is missing the icon in the dash/quicklaunch-bar/dock ?
I'm a happy user of the Jetbrains Toolbox for launching various IDE's. It works as it should. However i'm having issues with the correct icon in Ubuntu (17.04) with the missing icons in my taskbar and task-switcher (ALT-TAB list):
Creating the screenshot for the task-switcher was kinda hard, but i hope you get the idea :)
The icon seems missing from my 'dock'/taskbar/whatever-its-called
What to do. Especially when launching multiple IDE's its harder to tell them apart ;)
(PS. Topic was IntelliJ IDEA users, since Toolbox wasn't available and this seemed the most generic ;))

Currently there's no solution.
hmmm... Is it really? seems like that is another issue? Before i had the toolbox i had the 'desktop-icon' installed and this made sure all icons worked as expected... Now with the toolbox, it's no longer the case... Should i post a bugreport? (and link to this post?)

Why exactly? I had this too on my VM, one day the icon was there, the next day it was gone.
I don't really think it's a Toolbox-specific problem, but the exact cause is unknown.

So I think if you file a second report, it'll be set as a duplicate of this one.
Unless there's something I am missing about your case.
