Clion throws exception file of size 1.3 GB and Takes 5 GB of ram

I am just using Clion for my assignment then my machine freezes , after rebooting I started Clion again and continued my work, It happens again and again, I checked my system monitor then I found it's taking +5GB of ram
and this error profiling file with size 1.3 GB in my home directory
I am using the default gcc compiler.
Clion Version 2017.2.3
How could I fix this or how to know the contents of this heap error file to fix ?
