Debugger Disable Auto-Variables

Hello!
For specific project which uses R:
Auto querying local variables is not viable because of sheer volume. Is it possible to disable "Variables"? I would use only watches.

You could disable them in Debug Tool Window settings: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/debug-tool-window.html#debugtoolbar
