Ctrl+shift+n (Enter file name dialog) works only once
When I press CTRL+SHIFT+N to open "Enter file dialog" it only works once since opening PhpStorm, otherrwise the dialog closes instantly.
Other shortcuts work fine.
Cinnamon version: 3.6.7
PhpStorm version: 2017.2 Build #PS 172.3317.82
