Pycharm doesn't recognize python interpreter
Because I was having issues with Python, I installed it again and now Pycharm does not recognize the interpreter directly. I even tried to reinstall Pycharm but no luck. PLEASE HELP ME. Also Whenever I try to set it up I get this error:
Note: I am using Python 3.8 as it is the latest version which supports Windows 7 (my OS)

Please note that PyCharm 2019.3 is the latest version that supports Windows 7 (note that it doesn't support 32-bit OS), it can be downloaded here https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/other.html
Is it a correct link to the Python venv in the error message? Please copy the link and paste it to the command line, will Python be activated?
Does it happen when you create a new env from scratch https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/creating-virtual-environment.html ?
