PyCharm Window Not Appearing
When I run PyCharm either from "Program App" or from .py file on Desktop, the loading screen will appear, and then no other screen will come up. I can then go to the dock and close the app by right clicking. When I click on the icon on the dock, it highlights itself (implying that a window should be visible). I have restarted, updated, and shut down my computer.
I am running Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 on Dell XPS 15

Please start IDE via pycharm.bat in the bin directory from cmd.exe. Are there any errors displayed in the console? https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011901879-How-to-start-IDE-from-the-command-line
