Indexing is not getting completed and webstorm is stucked.
The indexing process in WebStorm seems to be stuck and even when I try to close the application, it doesn't respond. Can anyone help me? My OS is ubuntu.

Hi Elena, I have done this but now webstorm is not opening.
Please could you share the log folder content zipped?
Can you please tell me the exact path for logs, I am unable to locate it on my machine

This is still an issue, the following does solve the issue. Invalidating cache under (File > Invalidate caches, Invalidate and Restart). The OPs mentions Webstorm not re-opening, this is due to invalidate and restart not closing the process. You must then close the process under task manager. This should fix the problem.
