User Parameter not working

I need call a simple procedure, but DataGrip show the dialog even it disabled.

Please check the issue with 2023.2 EAP version: https://www.jetbrains.com/datagrip/nextversion/

Hi Yaroslav Bedrov. With 2023.2 EAP version the problem persists. Dialog don't show anymore, but when I try execute the procedure the error still occours .

So, previously dialog was shown and now it's not shown? Could you please attach screenshot from "User Parameters" settings?
