Main Toolbar not present on GoLand 2023.2 with new UI on other windows than primary

I am running GoLand with the WSL gui and using version 2023.2 with the new UI.
The Main Toolbar is not present on other project windows than the primary one.
Here is the project primary window:
and here is another project opened in a separate window:
The Main toolbar is missing...
Is it a known bug?

Could you please try out a workaround mentioned in https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-323700/Menu-bar-missing-on-all-windows-except-one-on-tiling-WM-under-WSLg? Does it help?

I have tried the workaround and it helped to fix the problem with the new UI on GoLand 2023.2.
