Install paid plugin without restart

I tried to make my paid plugin dynamic. But after investigating with these instructions...

I found this in the log files:
INFO - #c.i.i.p.DynamicPlugins - Plugin com.fluxparticle.xsdvisualizer is a paid plugin
Is it the intended behaviour that a paid plugin cannot be installed/uninstalled dynamically?

Hi Sven,
3rd-party paid plugins cannot be installed without restart due to the underlying licensing system limitation.
Unloading 3rd-party paid plugins is currently disabled because of a bug. I'll get back to this topic if I know more about its current state.
