intellij idea not working

today i have tried to turn it on and it didn't so i tried using the .bat launcher and igot error:
could not open file IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate\jbr\lib\jvm.cfg
any suggestions?

Please try the steps from https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007568559. Make sure the mentioned file is present in the installation directory and is not blocked by your antivirus.
