I cannot open my Intelij IDEA application

hey there so i tried starting the IDE from command line and the result:

It seems like the `-javaagent` vm option caused this. Please remove it from the .vmoptions file.

i did not find any .vmoptions file.
according to the article i looked into appdata/roaming/jetbrains
but these are the only files present here

What about the bin folder under the installation directory? Can you please also check the .vmoptions file under the bin folder?

its not in there either 

i checked using set but there is no ‘IDEA_VMOPTIONS’

Please remove the JetBrains folder below and try again. Does it help?

It should be able to wipe out the issue. But we still don't know how the com.janetfilter.core.Launcher is being used.

i am so sorry for the inconvinence caused, i didn't see the VMOPTION before, i deleted the ‘-javaagent’ like you previously mentioned and now it works thank you
