Error when open and loading a project

Hi, I don't know if this is a problem or just a tuning/configuration situation, but, when I finish working on my project and close Intellij, and then go into Intellij to continue working, the IDE opens the project folders and tabs and suddenly it closes everything and leaves the workspace clean. 

I use Intellij Community Edition on another computer and that doesn't happen. I always close Intellij and leave folders and tabs open to continue working the next day. 

I recently bought a Mac for work and I'm having that problem. I can always open the tabs again, but it's kind of annoying.
