Error launching IDEA after update

I recently just update IDEA community via toolbox and get this error(similar to the image), after trying everything  from related post, I am still unable to fix this. After that I uninstall and reinstall then it work fine. So let me know if this is a common issue and how to fix this without reinstalling.

The path to the selected runtime is stored in the idea.jdk or idea64.jdk file in the IntelliJ IDEA configuration directory (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html#config-directory). 
If there are problems with the selected runtime, you can delete this file to revert to the default runtime.
