i have used a free license for being a student for over a year but now when i try to renew the license it says email is blocked. my email id is : ****@studenti.unical.it.
Please help i would like to use pycharm and not vscode

Thank you for your request. Pease excuse the delay in getting back to you. If your email address paulchristiangvalencia@iskolarngbayan.pup.edu.ph is blocked that means the EDU domain name you are using has been abused and therefore blocked by us.
You can resubmit your institutional email domain to the swot repository that JetBrains uses to verify educational domains. Once it's accepted (the acceptance can take up to two weeks),
you'll be able to apply for a free educational license. Here's the link to the swot repository: https://github.com/JetBrains/swot. Follow the instructions there to submit your domain.
Feel free to reply this message if you have any questions or need any further assistance. In the meantime, please use trial versions of the IDEs you need.
Hi, I currently have the GitHub Student Developer Pack and I'm enjoying its benefits. However, I received a message from JetBrains stating, 'Sorry, burakkalayci@aof.anadolu.edu.tr is blocked. Please use a different email address.' Can anyone help me with this issue? I’m unable to use any JetBrains products at the moment.

This is due to the fact that, specifically, the Faculty of Open Education of Anadolu University is not accepted by JetBrains to take part in our Student Support program. According to our license terms, we only support individuals from recognized educational institutions. The faculty of Open Education is known for allowing student enrollment to professionals who already work full-time and who can use JetBrains tools at work. This goes against our license terms because student licenses are only granted for education, and it is strictly forbidden to use them for any commercial purposes.
Please note that as of July 2024, it’s no longer possible to apply for the JetBrains educational license using official documents. However, if the options University email address, GitHub and Official document are not available for you, to obtain a free subscription, you may try
to apply using any one of the following:
• Your ISIC/ITIC membership: You can attach a scanned copy of your ISIC/ITIC card to your application.
You can apply for an ISIC card at https://www.isic.org/ validate it and apply with the option ISIC card. In the meantime, please use trial versions of the IDEs you need.

In your case you can either add your University domain to the list of our trusted domains firstly, and apply with GitHub option then.

I am getting the error, “We cannot grant you a free license at the moment. This may be because: We are unable to determine whether someone with an email address in this domain is a student. This email domain belongs to an organization that is individually targeted by, or is incorporated in territories subject to, applicable EU, UN, or US sanctions or certain export control restrictions. If you are a student at this school and believe that you are not subject to any of these sanctions, please apply with an official document.” f
When I follow the official document link, I get the error, “when apply through GitHub Student Developer Pack. I have an active GitHub Student Developer Pack and used my official university email (irfan@khu.ac.kr), but the verification does not go through.” My GitHub username is: sahibzada-irfanullah, and my license is expiriong on 10th May, 2025.
Following your advice, I will submit a request through the JetBrains support page and include my GitHub username. There was no option for attacheding the documents. FYI, I have activated my GitHub Student Developer Pack, yesterday by attaching the required data.
