Thank you for your reply. I've checked your JetBrains account and see that you started getting free student subscriptions with your student email address in May 2020, and  applied for a student subscription during 5 years. That was the reason for asking your up-to-date supporting document with the information about your current program of studies, its duration, the expected date of your program completion and the confirmation of your active student status in 2024/2025 academic year. Sometimes,
student email addresses are valid without the actual registration for the courses and we have to take additional measures to protect fair users such as you from
abuse of the educational subscriptions.
Unfortunately, our records don't show any application or a student subscription issued with the GitHub username 'sahibzada-irfanullah'. Please provide the required document for further investigation what was going wrong. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.

According to our records, your student email address is not blocked on our side and if you continue youe studies, you can apply for renewal via your JetBrains account clicking the dedicated link Renew my Education Pack, fill out the form and submit it. Please note that as of July 2024, it’s no longer possible to apply
for the JetBrains educational license using official documents. This policy change was implemented to streamline the verification process and ensure a more secure and efficient system for all applicants. We provide free licenses for students, as long as you meet one of the following criteria:
1. Your university domain should be added to SWOT repository, here's how to do it (https://github.com/JetBrains/swot?tab=readme-ov-file#how-to-add-a-domain-to-this-repository)
2. You have a valid ISIC card. You can apply for an ISIC card at https://www.isic.org/ validate it and apply with the option ISIC card. 
3. You have a GitHub student developer pack (https://education.github.com/pack)
  Once you meet any of these criteria, you can apply via your JetBrains account.
License will be issued automatically.
You can be verified as a student on GitHub and ISIC websites providing your official documents without getting your student email address.
