Clion does not work in Ukrainian in the console

only works with Cygwin.
But, the question is, why doesn't it work with Visual Studio?? in fact Visual Studio works fine too.

Hello!

Here are possible workarounds:

Emulate terminal in the output console;
Enable the "Run in external console" option in your run/debug configuration (Run | Edit Configurations...);
Try changing Windows language settings (see this comment).
