I want to use 'show quick documentation', but I can't find  it in the settings. Idea version 2023.2.2 .Also, the image I uploaded cannot be displayed, so I am unable to provide the image.

You can use Ctrl+Q to invoke it (Cmd+Q on macOS), or press Shift-Shift and type “quick doc”.

You can also set it up to appear on mouse hover in the settings: File | Settings | Editor | Code Editing | Quick Documentation | “Show quick documentation on hover

Thank you. Ctrl+Q is feasible, I have confirmed multiple times that there is no Show quick documentation on hoverin the settings, and I don't know why. And I can see it in other people's idea.  These sentences were translated by software and may not convey the intended meaning. I am deeply sorry.

It might be the result of https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-321393

See if it helps to disable the option to support screen readers in the IDE settings: File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance -> Accessibility -> "Support screen readers"
