I`ve endless loading when switching to android project view
Also i can't open visual view of my layout, because there is no button to open it
How to fix this?

Make sure you install Android and Android Design Tools plug-ins. These are no longer bundled.
If the issue persists, please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=IDEA with the sample project and the logs attached (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data).
Thank you, I didn't have the design tools plugin installed. So now only the first problem with endless loading remains.
File a bug with the logs and a sample project so that we can help you.
