I have carefully followed the necessary steps on the JetBrains website for the renewal process. However, I have encountered a problem at the final step.
After clicking to submit the renewal form, I anticipated receiving a confirmation email from JetBrains. Unfortunately, I have not received any email to confirm the renewal. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder thoroughly, but there is no email from JetBrains.
Could you please assist me in confirming the status of my renewal application? Any guidance on how to ensure the renewal process is completed successfully would be greatly appreciated.
