My student email is blocked for applying student license program

I tried to get Free educational licenses(JetBrains Educational Pack) 1 years ago, and at that time, e-mail authentication was received, but I forgot it and I did not conduct membership registration and account linkage. Recently, I tried to get again, but I got message that my email is blocked.

So I submit my school license in Official document tab.

How can I get Free educational licenses again?
