Hello, I'm seeking advice on installing Kivy. I'd like to know if it's possible to run Kivy in PyCharm Community Edition, with Python version 3.8, on Anaconda Navigator with Python version 3.11.5?

Yes, you can develop Kivy apps with PyCharm community.
