When will pycharm provide a zip version of the portable version?

Currently, other software such as IDEA and DATAGRIP have zip versions. However, Pycharm and dataspell, two products that are closely related to Python, do not have zip versions. So I would like to know whether a zip version will be launched and when it will be launched. Thank you!
