I'm having trouble creating a new project.

Hello. I'm a Korean developer.

I mainly use Pycharm, but I'm experiencing UI issues with every intermittent update. It wasn't there in the last update, but it's happening again in this update.

When I create a new project in Pycharm, the Python version is not displayed properly in "project venv" when I select the interpreter type, and neither the welcome script nor the interpreter itself is created. Even if I select the interpreter directly with browse, it doesn't recognize it.

The Conda environment recognizes it correctly.
