Can't create a PR, with error "Could not connect to repository github..."

IntelliJ suddenly won't let me create pull requests. I had been able to, up until about 2 weeks ago. I can push commits from IntelliJ and they show up in GitHub, so there's a connection to GitHub. I can create PRs from GitHub, so no issue there. I tried disabling my token and creating a new one (twice), and that didn't work. I checked the Authorized OAuth Apps--Jetbrains is authorized. Any other ideas to fix this?
