Cannot Create File

When I try to create a .sql file in DataGrip I get the below error. The file is created, but I cannot access it in DataGrip. Can't open / edit etc. Has anyone seen this error before? I can download the same git repo in PyCharm and create a .sql file without any trouble. I have tried reinstalling DataGrip.
