RubyMine 2016.2.3 missing devise generator

I'm trying to add devise to my rails project and the generator is missing from the list. Tried telling it refresh the list many times. Can't even figure out a way to run it manually.

gem 'devise', '4.2.0'

Using devise 4.2.0
Using jquery-datatables-rails 3.4.0
Bundle complete! 10 Gemfile dependencies, 55 gems now installed.

could you please check how it goes in the last RubyMine 2016.3 EAP? I didn't manage to reproduce it there.
