Help files not displaying all images

A lot of the Help pages are displaying many broken image icons which makes them a little hard to use.
Is there an online version of the Help?

The issue with images not displaying in help is specific to Mac and will be fixed in 2016.3.1 update.
Is this help page really supposed to be this blank? There is NOTHING after "In this part:" I am using Windows 7 (64-bit). It's not just a Mac problem.

Thank you. I was trying to point out that IDEA's built-in help is severely limited. I am a brand-new user (if you don't count Android Studio, which I use at home). Thanks for your answers today. I'll stick with the on-line help for now.
