Can't Add DB-Program

Note that DB Navigator is a third-party plugin which is not supported by

JetBrains. You should probably contact the author directly or post your question

I tried to configure a DB-Program tonight.  I wanted to connect to

MySQL 5.1.24 running under Windows XP SP3, using the Connector-J JDBC

driver version 5.1.6.    Here are my configuration parameters:

I can select that connect when I try to set the browser, but the

"select" button is grayed out:
