Appcode not copying file to correct folder

this is in refactor/copy from the project view

The class will get correctly copied and renamed but no matter what I set "to directory" to. in the file system, it will place the new file in the folder the original file was located in. and in the project view, it will add the new file to my XML folder. not sure how the xml folder is somehow significant.

This happens with clone as well, despite not having a "to directory" option. it will place the new files in the xml project group.
