What is the difference between 'Web Preview' and 'Open in Browser'?

"Open in Browser" actually comes from the GitHub integration and opens the

source file in the GitHub Web interface. It's erroneously shown for projects

not under GitHub; this will be fixed in the next EAP.

In my Pycharm 2.0 EAP the View menu contains both menu items; when

starting a project from scratch and inserting an html file, only the

'Open in Browser' entry is clickable; the former is grayed out: is it

going to be outdated?
