computer crashed, pycharm project no longer accessible

as i do all the time, i forgot to plug in my laptop, and because windows sucks, it does not detect that my battery is dying, and show me the message that is supposed to show at a warning battery level ..

so i reboot, open pycharm, and now my project i spent over a year on is not accessible .. i got some wierd message about content not allowed in prolog ... how to fix?
