How to get rid of light bulbs but still have intentions and inspections available?

I find PyCharm's intention actions and inspections useful but the light bulb very visually distraction. Is there a way to keep intentions and inspections but without the light bulb? e.g. having only the underlines show, showing only when invoked explicitly via Alt-Enter, or showing only when you run "Inspect Code" from the menu? Thanks.
