Pycharm CE on Yosemite unresolved references to built in types

Since upgrading to OSX Yosemite, pycharm is showing built in types such as filte, Exception, int as unresolved references. I've tried clearing and invalidating the cache, but no luck. Anyone else having this issue?

Turns out deleting the Preferences and Cache and re-installing fixed this issue for me.

Remove these two folders:
~/Library/Caches/PyCharm30/
~/Library/Preferences/PyCharm30/
