Ctrl key problem (Linux)

Hello,
I'm testing CLion CL-140.1221.2, JRE1.7.0_65, Ubuntu 14.04.
I have strange behavior of Ctrl key. In combination with arrows, Home and End it doesn't provide text navigation (go to next word and so on).
It does the selection instead (kind of Shift but sometimes in strange way). And the most strange thing: if I try Ctrl+Arrow in another window (e.g. Open...) it actions in editor's window, not in current one.
