Can I somehow extend the EAP license that is about to expire?
There's no official version yet, and the EAP is about to expire.
I don't want to go back to eclipse :_|.
Will there be a community version like intellij idea?

What do you mean with "about to expire"? The expiration date of the current EAP (CL-140.1221.2) is January 15, 2015. And so far there was always another EAP announced before the current one expired.
I typically read about a new EAP via the blog (http://blog.jetbrains.com/clion/) or on twitter (@clion_ide). Or the update-check of the IDE itself.

The expiration date for CL-140.1221.2 is 21 January 2015. Is it 15th for you somehow?
