scala plugin prevent me from accessing idea settings

This also doesn't work for the latest scala plugin in 10.5 either.  My project contains dependencies that are directories which I believe is causing this to not work.  Anyway -- really annoying and the fix is simple.  Please help.

FWIW, IDEA 11 EAP has a workaround for this issue that allows to open the
settings regardless of the exception.

I really don't want to upgrade to 11 right now.  Pavel -- can you please fix this in the scala plugin?
