The only issue I had with those builds was that find-in-files was broke. (But I did not give it less than 4 on those builds). 693 has been great. Haven't yet moved to 695.
I _really_ wish there was some way to provide a comment with the rating. Often someone will rate low because of some very limited problem, albeit a problem that gives them specifically much grief. But in most of those cases it would not prevent others from upgrading.
