How to inclulde selenium library

Hi nice to meet you.

I just want to use Selenium package. But In project Interpreter, add button is not activated.

How could I add Selenium package? or Should I have to do other setting?

Please, click on "Install packaging tools" button at the bottom of the page. Does it solve the problem?
