the problem is not reproducible for me but I'd check color settings (Settings|Editor|Colors and Fonts|Ruby) and I'd also check that a regular hash is correctly highlited. If you are sure you use default color scheme then please attache RubyMine's log (Help|Show Logs in ...)
Please do not forget that this can be also keyword argument in a new version of ruby. This is why its highlighting implemented differently. This approach is not perfect but resolves other problems.

problem is resprodecable in save battery mode.
Well, this is expected behavior. Not all highlightings are available in save battery mode.

one hash is highlighted but other not ? it is really strange. I will agree with you if old hash will not be highlighted, but now it is inconsequence

ok I understand, but for example in sublime text it look much better, and sublime text not need so much power like rubymine
