what is the inspection name of "code block with negative condition"

What is the inspection name of "code block with negative condition" ...   I can't seem to find it to turn it off.

I've never heard of this being a 'no-no'.   Is it just considered that way because of code readability?   Because if it's something like that or if it just takes an extra clock cycle to process or something, I could care less.   I like Negatie IF statements myself, they read better to me and you can use ELSE and ELSIF.
