RM4.0: open /project/.git/hooks/<file>
It seems that it is not possible to open a file in the project
`.git/hooks` folder. The hidden folders shown in the IDE is only `.idea`
This seems to be a bug. Correct?

It is not a bug.
Settings | File Types | Ignore files and folders - you will have to remove .git from that list
Please note -- it's an IDE-wide setting and therefore will affect all projects.
