Import Code Completion via api doc??

Hi, i wonder, if it is possible, to extend the code completion for a language given by its api documentation, or some other files ??

i would love that feature, and shouldnt it be quite easy to implement?

if not,
how does the current CC work? is there a libary/file that i could extend myself?


currently i am looking for XUL support  (firefox extensions), and java.

as i love using rubymine over eclipse and netbeans (at least for editing the files)
