Change to PATH in 2.0.1 ?

Hi,

I just upgraded to the 2.0.1 candidate and it seems the behavior of PATH is different. I follow the tip of changing the executable on OSX to be a
shell script setting the PATH and then executing rubymine. Been working great up until now.

If I start my shell script manually it has the correct environment, but if I start from the icon it seems PATH is somehow whiped. This seems a bit magical to me,
could be some weird pilot error, but thought I'd check in with you to see if there's any changes that could affect this?
