Should I report crashes on the bug tracker or on this forum? I've had quite a few happen today, with no noticable pattern. Version is 1.1 #952 on OS X.

Preferable way to post crash reports is:

  1. Look for similar problem in our bugtracker at: http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/RUBY
  2. The same in forum at: http://www.jetbrains.net/devnet/community/ruby?view=discussions&start=0
  3. Post crash report in our bug tracker.

As for now, I've filled an issue: http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/RUBY-4332

I suppose it was bug in Apple's Java Virtual Machine implementation. Please also attach idea.log file as described at http://www.jetbrains.net/devnet/docs/DOC-1153
