Project toolbar

Hello Matt,

What happenend to the toolbar in the project navigator view? I like
to keep my project nav in sync with what file I have open in the
editor, but now with the latest rubymine release I don't have the
toolbar there to toggle it on anymore. Is there some other way to
automatically keep them in sync?

We were experimenting with the UI. The options to enable autoscroll will
be back in the next build (in a slightly different layout than before).
